Set on 29 acres in St. Michael, The Wildwood was built as a forever home for a young family — a home with room to grow into, not just move into. At 7,000 square feet across two stories, the layout gives the family five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with clean modern lines and natural wood and stone accents carried throughout.

The basement was designed as its own retreat: a sauna, a full gym, and a guest bedroom give the family space to unwind and host without ever feeling cramped. Outside, an in-ground pool anchors the backyard, making the most of the property’s acreage and privacy.

RDS Architects led the architecture on this one, with interior design by Eminent Interiors — a full team effort to bring a ground-up new build to life on a truly rare piece of land.
