Meet Our Team
Jake Ylioja — Owner & General Contractor
Jake Ylioja has been on job sites since he was a young boy, and that early start shaped everything about how he builds today — a hands-on understanding of the trade that you can’t learn any other way. Over the years, he’s sharpened that experience into a genuine expertise, learning the details that separate a good build from a great one.
Today, as owner and general contractor, Jake oversees every project from the ground up. He manages the crews and subcontractors on site, keeps projects on schedule, and makes sure every detail — from the framing to the final finish — meets the standard he’s spent his career building toward.
Jeff Braun — Project Manager & Site Supervisor
Jeff Braun brings a sharp eye for detail to every project he oversees. A graduate of St. Cloud State University’s construction management program, he joined JN Built in 2024 and has quickly become the steady hand keeping projects on track — coordinating schedules, supervising work on site, and catching the small details that make a big difference in the finished product.
