Our story
JN Built was founded on Lake Minnetonka with a single crew and a conviction that most builders were treating custom lake homes like any other build \u2014 same materials, same process, same generic floor plans stretched to fit a bigger lot.
We started doing it differently: walking every lot before construction begins, coordinating closely with each homeowner’s architect and designer instead of forcing a generic template, and staying involved from permitting through the final punch list. Word spread around the lake, and the company grew from there.
Today, JN Built builds and remodels custom luxury homes across Lake Minnetonka, the western Twin Cities metro, and greater Minnesota \u2014 still run by the same principle we started with: build it like it’s ours.
