About JN Built

Building Homes. Building Relationships.

JN Built was founded by Ken Janckila and Raino Niemela. Since 1988, they’ve been building relationships and building distinctive homes for discerning clients.

Jake Ylioja joined JN Built as a partner in the Fall of 2017. Jake had worked with JN Built as a subcontractor for many years prior to this.

Jake works primarily in the field, keeping the jobs running smoothly, scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials and meeting with clients.

Raino works primarily in the office, estimating projects, accounting and billing as well as coordinating details with Jake and others. He also does some light CAD work as needed.

Ken remains involved with JN Built as a minority partner and advisor. He resides in Colorado and continues building custom homes in Aspen, Snowmass, Vail and surrounding areas.
